	Veranstaltung ADVANCE NOTICE OF CONFERENCE ON 25th-26th SEPTEMBER 2003 The Third Berlin/Dublin/Belfast Urban Planning Symposium. TOWARDS ENVIRONMENTAL CITIZENSHIP: LOCAL ACTION 21 AND SOCIO-CULTURAL INCLUSION   This is the third in a series of urban planning and governance conversations between the cities of Berlin, Dublin and Belfast on the theme of inclusionary approaches to urban development and change in the context of increasingly multi-cultural European cities with problems of social exclusion. This event, with participation from the European Academy of the Urban Environment, is hosted by the Urban Institute Ireland in Dublin on 25th September and the Institute of Governance at Queen’s University Belfast on the 26th September.
